Typically, your career with us will begin as a Marketing executive or Marketing Assistant in the operations division of the company or as an Accounts executive or Accounts or administrative assistant in the support services of MFLC.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be required to market the leases to our expanding client base as well as to prospective clients in the Maldives . On finding a prospective lead you will have to assess the client’s credit worthiness and evaluate him extensively requiring careful study of his financial statements, bank and other references and the feasibility of the asset he proposes to lease from us. You then have to prepare neat and concise paperwork supporting your recommendation to the management for approval of the lease facility. After first having sold the lease to the client you have to then convincingly sell the lease to the management. After approval you would have to prepare all the required documentation in a very thorough manner and execute the lease with the signature of the client so that he takes delivery of the leased equipment when he requires it. From then onwards you are required to maintain an extremely cordial relations with the client for as long as 5 years to ensure he pays the lease rentals on time and give him more equipment on lease, when he requires them.

As an Accounts or Administrative Executive, you will be required to primarily engage in implementing the back office and front line support functions of the organisation. This will include, but not be limited to Accounts and Finance, lease administration, documentation quality control and credit support and remedial management.

Training, both formal classroom and on the job is an essential feature of MFLC’s continuous human resource development. Such training for exceptional achievers may even be carried out overseas.

What you need to have: A Bachelors degree from a recognized University / Professional qualifications, even part completed, in Business, Accounting or Marketing / A-levels with Mathematics as a subject, a passion for hard work and a commitment to embark on an exciting new career in the field of leasing and financial services.
